Report (Preliminary):
Texas provides the following information: The present owner
based on the last conveyance of record, the property's legal description, any
unreleased general
liens (judgements,
federal and/or state tax liens, etc.), and any unreleased mortgages or deeds
of
trust and status.
Abstracters
Report (Final)
After the mortgage or deed of trust is filed, TETRS, LLC issues a Final
Report, showing the recording of the new mortgage or deed of trust.

policy insuring a mortgagee against loss caused by a borrower's invalid title
